Tony moly Aquaporin, Moist mist and perfume bar.

Aquaporin water pack
This is a sample moisturiser,  so obviously it's slightly smaller and cheaper than the actual product will be when its sold in stores,  but these samples are readily available on eBay for around £4.  First impression of this moisturising pack is that it's very watery as opposed to creamy,  and sort of smells a little like alcohol which,  generally speaking, would be drying and also irritating to sore skin.  After applying,  the skin feels super silky but as for the moisturising power,  I'm a little unsure, but I think it's somewhat of a temporary effect.  I use this alongside the Moist mist and between the two of them they both have improved my skin condition somewhat,  which creates a decent non sticky base for makeup.

Pocket bunny Moist mist

This product is actually meant for setting and restoring moisture to already applied makeup,  but I should stress that I've never really used it for this purpose more than once or twice -  I essentially use this as a makeup base/combo moisturiser,  for which I have to say it serves a good purpose (I'm afraid to spray liquid all over my face after I put so much effort into putting makeup on it!) . When used as a base,  once dabbed into the skin,  the Moist Mist has a sort of... Resisting or bouncy texture? It's good for makeup to grip to but without being sticky. The best part is that when you empty the bottle,  you can screw the pump off and reuse it!  If you look inside you can see it has a slightly syrupy consistency with a faint floral scent.

 Hello bunny pocket perfume bar

There is a selection of bunny bars to pick from,  but I just picked the Pom Pom Green Tea one because it's blue and I like blue...

This £5-7 bar is adorable and compact with a wind out dispenser,  but as for the scent itself... Meh.  My other half thinks it smells like sweets but I think it's pretty darn close to whatever %99.9  of OAPs wear. I mean of course I still like it but old lady perfume is a bit of an acquired taste, unless you're actually an old lady. The scent also doesn't last that long (or maybe I just stop noticing it,  can't say I'm sure but I'm pretty sure after 30 mins it's all gone
), and is definitely underwhelming.  I guess this would just be a nice perfume for young kids who can't afford like... Gucci perfume but still wanna smell half decent. Despite these shortcomings I still like this perfume bar just to have and smell occasionally.

Planner deco

I keep trying to get my life in order,  and have had diaries and planners before,  but never found them interesting to use and ended up ignoring them and throwing them out after half a year.  I then saw Belinda selene's video on her Erin Condren planner and how she used stationary to make keeping organised a lot more fun and creative. This encouraged me to finally get myself a planner and keep track of things,  especially with the wedding trip to Mexico coming up; my mum isn't coming to organise things for me this time (sadly).
Many people who do artsy planners tend to use filofax diaries (#plannernerds on Instagram and have a look) but I don't like how formal they look.  Originally I wanted a Molang bunny organiser but I found something just as cute and from within the UK so I didn't have to wait a fortnight to receive it from Korea. The price was pretty much  the same,  so I chose this spring pink bunny Piyo diary.

The diary has a year page with a grid format, monthly grid overviews and daily boxes sectioned into weeks.  There is also scrap note pages and lined note pages.  Throughout the entire planner there are adorable little illustrations. One of the things I love most about this planner is that the illustrations are labelled with sweet little bits of engrish,  which in my opinion always makes things more lovable.
This is the gist of how I've been decorating the monthly and weekly overviews -  days where you don't have much on or that are spare from the start and end of the month can be filled with  stickers and pictures. I've also dotted relevant emoji stickers throughout the grids. Sticky notes add interesting layers for extra notes that you may not have space for.

At the beginning of each month,  there is also a spare page where I tape other important notes.

In the front of the sleeve is where I keep my stamps and receipts so that I can keep track of what I'm spending (or wasting...)  my money on,  which is good if,  like me,  you're trying and failing to budget for something.  Spare sticky notes can be stuck to the front liner page.  In the back,  I've glued in a pocket,  which is from the line of products made to coordinate with Smash Book series.  This is where I keep all my stickers,  as well as in the back sleeve.  I also keep other big notes in the pocket,  such as my packing list for holiday,  so I have everything I need to plan things on the go.

I use the cool aztec paperclips to mark the date,  month and the notes page,  because although you do get monthly tab markers with the diary,  it's easier to notice a paperclip than the tiny tab.

My friend also uses a planner religiously and thought that this method or organising was super cute,  so I threw her together this little planning kickstarter kit.  I made a few washi tape samples by wrapping lengths of different tapes around pieces of sticker card so they peel off easily. I also put some emoji stickers on sticker paper to use and included some handmade stickers (made with printed pictures,  clear seal book covering and postage labels) different sticky notes and paperclips. All of this is put in a small box which is then decorated with a label, a strip of patterned paper,  a sticker and some ribbon.

My mum is bringing me back some new stationary from the states so I should have some nice decor in the future!

Essence makeup range review (Wilkinson brands)

If you're from the UK,  you'll probably have a Wilkinsons/wilko store in your town,  and if you're lucky enough to have one that stocks makeup,  then even better because they've recently brought out their own (I think?!) range of makeup; Essence is super cheap and frankly,  freaking awesome. In fact,  Essence isn't the only new makeup range they've recently brought to wilko,  they also upgraded their hair, nail,  body and bath selections as well.

ESSENCE QUATTRO EYESHADOW

A four colour pact in brown shades ('to die for'), priced somewhere around £2.70 (I can't remember the exact prices right now) . The colours come up bright and true,  and last all day.  All damn day. For the price,  this pallete is highly recommended, especially since a lot of white pearlescent colours tend to last about five minutes in my experience. However,  I can't guarantee that this is true for all of Essence's eyeshadow, since I also bought this single black pact and the colour doesn't build up as well as I'd hoped since it seems a bit too powdery to cling to the skin well. I haven't actually worn this out yet so I can't say much about how well this particular colour lasts either...

ESSENCE LONGLASTING EYE PENCIL

Twist retractable eyeliner in the shade 'hot chocolate'. These are about £1.70 and to be honest,  for the purpose for which I use it for (eyebrows),  it's awesome. Lasts all day, has intense one application colour and stands up to sweat really well. The only downside to this is that there isn't that much in a pen so I have to replace it often,  but I'm guessing that's maybe because a lot of it grinds away on my eyebrow hair. As for using this as eyeliner,  I guess that's something I'll have to sample one day since its tougher for a product to last on the eyes than elsewhere.

ESSENCE SUN CLUB SIMPLER BRONZING POWDER

This bronzer was another get from Essence and again cost under £3. It's in a shade for blondes and those with fair skin (I think it's kind of generalising the fact that blondes are pale but that's what the packaging says). Comes up a nice caramel colour with minimal shimmer,  which to me is better,  because let's face it,  who suddenly starts to glitter once they get a tan?! The most notable thing about this pact is how nice it smells. The one minor downside is that it's slightly difficult to blend. But hey,  for so little money it's still a winner.

ESSENCE ALL ABOUT MATT! FIXING COMPACT POWDER

This is a translucent makeup fixing powder which I find works perfectly in harmony with my current BB cream (Etude house precious mineral bright fit,  shade W13).  Again,  I think this was less than £3. As much as the powder is sold as translucent,  it has a faint lightening effect,  but then I imagine this is true for all translucent powders. It has a soft non cakey finish,  and sets nicely with the oils etc in the BB cream. I have an inkling that if your foundation or cream had a less oily or liquid consistency,  then the powder wouldn't set as nicely since it absorbs these to melt into the face. But then I think that's true of many face setting powders. The only downside for this item is that the lid broke off after about a week but then it still clicks on.

ESSENCE WATERPROOF FELT TIP EYELINER PEN

I have absolutely no criticisms of this product.  For approx £1.70 you get an eyeliner with a precise application tip, all day staying power and no cracks,  as proven by diving in the Brighton sea. I think these only come in black.

ESSENCE LIPSTICK

I chose this lipstick in a peachy shade called 'coral calling' which is mildly pearlescent and has a shiny finish.  Firstly,  I can say that this is so much better than Barry M brand lipsticks, which spread onto the lips awfully and faded into a weird marbling effect almost instantly.  This lipstick is creamy and well pigmented,  and they have a good variety of shades.  As for staying power,  I can't really vouch for this because I've never found a lipstick that lasts for me,  which may have something to do with a) the fact I brush my teeth after applying b)  I never stop eating and drinking c)  I constantly lick my lips and play with my mouth.

 ESSENCE SILKY TOUCH  BLUSH

Small blush compact in the shade 'secret it-girl'.  Applies with a soft cake free sheen. Not much to criticise here,  all bar the fact there is mild fading throughout the day.

ESSENCE MAXIMUM DEFINITION VOLUME MASCARA

For me,  this mascara is worth the £2.70 or whatever I paid for it,  simply because for me, almost every mascara is the same.  I'm afraid I'm a strong believer of the fact that mascara does not make your lashes longer. The only way it can appear to do so is by defining them in a stronger colour. Therefore the only thing mascara has to do, in my opinion,  is make your lashes darker,  stand up to water/sweat and not flake or crumble,  which this mascara does.  However,  I do believe that a good brush does comb out your lashes to make the most of their natural length,  which is why I think brushes like these are perfect: short sharp bristles that you can roll at the lashline to bury into the lashes and comb them smooth and pull them to their full length.

ESSENCE COLOUR AND GO NAIL POLISH

Also less than £3, these nail polishes are ideal for building a cheap and cheerful collection of colours. They dry in a decent time and have a nice selection of glitter polishes as well. Each nail swatch shown is one coat (excuse the fact my hands are dirty,  I just finished work and tattoo carbon is very difficult to remove without pure alcohol).

KISS PRIME OF YOUR LIFE SMOOTHING LIGHT REFLECTION PRIMER

Another sub-brand they have in wilko now is 'Kiss'.  It's not really a makeup collection as such but more skin care,  so includes stuff like lip scrub and toning waters.
I decided to try this primer,  since the last primer I believe I tried was either the rimmel or the maybellene one they had a few years ago (I can't remember,  it was basically like a clear gel in a burgundy pearlescent pot)  and it actually gave me blisters. This primer is more of a cream, and frankly, as you can see by the pictures, it was a let down. This 'silky smooth mattifying face primer'  neither smooths nor mattifys. It simply makes you soft,  which is pointless to me because my face is already pretty soft since I religiously use skin peeling cream and moisturiser. I tried this out on half my face and then compared both halves at the end of the day and there was no difference.  The only plus about this product is the cute packaging. Right side of my hand has primer, left has none.

Overall, I'm really impressed with the additions made to Wilkinson's collection and can't stop blowing my money on all their stuff!

Bye for now~

Sugarspit, eylure, lenses and She inside review

Lately I've been doing a fair bit of spending ( I just can't seem to save, which is bad since I haven't paid off my holiday yet) and it's safe to say some was worth it and some wasn't...

Sugarspit - wildcat ribcage necklace.
This piece was $25 (approx £18) which is a bargain for bone based jewellery,  and it's a really pretty dainty piece,  which I think isn't so typical of bone jewellery. The necklace has two pieces of softly colored quartz crystal hanging from the base; mine only has one,  simply because I wore it to work and it's been subjected to a lot of pulling and jostling. Plus I'm just clumsy and can break anything going.
The necklace was well packaged during delivery and even came with its own velvet baggie to store it in. There was also a cute handwritten, hand stickered thank you note and a free bracelet.  Sugarspit definitely is a seller to check out

Iwantcute -  GEO lenses
Now,  I know that GEO's princess mimi and nudy range aren't new,  but that just made it even more frustrating when I received the nudy blue lenses expecting them to look like this (and this was from reading more than one review,  where they were shown to be bright blue even on the darkest eyes)

And in fact they looked like this; I mean,  I know there's camera resolution and editing to take into account,  but the difference is a bit much...
Even with a color brightening filter,  they're still a very washed out blue,  which appears as nothing but a slightly smoggy haze around my iris.  For some reason they were also quite uncomfortable.  On the other hand,  the Princess mimi sesame grey lenses were spot on -  they're a perfect color,  with a caramel colored inner ring that helps them blend well into brown eyes.  They're also perfectly comfortable to wear all day long from morning till night even without drops,  which is new for me because even when I had the angel green lenses, which I thought were comfortable, I could only wear them for about 5 hours before they became dry and itchy.
The Princess mimi sesame grey lenses.

A worthwhile investment for your lenses is one of these travel kits: you can get them from £1 on eBay and makes it easier to handle your lenses while cleaning among other things
Since I started wearing lenses again,  I also started wearing lashes again,  and the most reasonably priced quality natural lashes I found were these naturalites from Eylure.  The only issue is they're a bit too organically shaped;what's with the spider legs hanging out?  I simply just trim these off and Wear half a lash on the outer corner of each eye. They're also very strong so they can handle being washed and reused plenty of times. Eylure also makes individual vials of glue which is super cheap,  strong and lasts a long time,  which is better than almost every single glue ever provided with any lashes ever.

The last shop I bought from was Sheinside  -  everything about this service was decent... Except the fact that they clearly don't know how how to measure clothes.  I bought five items from there,  and not any of them were true to the measurements given,  rendering them unwearable.  Also since I live in the UK,  returns to the USA are super duper pricey,  which is why when I order,  I spend a lot of time taking and retaking my measurements to ensure the clothes I buy will fit,  especially since I'm plus size in almost every clothes shop/site .  While they have a lovely range of reasonably priced clothes,  I won't be buying from there again because I probably won't fit inside clothes that I order,  despite ordering the largest size to make sure that they're bigger than necessary.  All bar this MAJOR factor,  Sheinside would be a super site.
Lastly I bought this super but super-tacky necklace from tesco haha... Fancy

All that aside,  I'll leave you with another tattoo from last week

I took their jeeerrrrb

Jeez, it's been well over a year,  which I guess means that there's been a few changes,  the biggest of which was that I finally quit my shitty pub job....

And became a tattooist.

Well,  nearly.  I began my apprenticeship last summer,  and after what feels like drawing my knuckles to nubbins for years,  I gradually progressed onto the machine around the start of this year. At first the practise was on and off since there's been a lot going on,  but now I've progressed enough to do simple tattoos and take a customer or two a day.  It feels amazing to actually turn up to a job where I want to work and there's a can-do attitude instead of a cant-be-arsed mentality. My boss is super supportive and I work with a group of good,  fun people.

Here's something I recently started on the boss' sister.  The flower and the chameleon are my work - we're just sort of aiming for a jungle/garden leg.

This was my third black and shade piece; I haven't yet been able to see how the first one came up, so since I was totally new to the way grey washes behave,  I still had no clue when it came to the second one... Thankfully I got a decent idea from that.

I still find script quite difficult...  :c

This was a fix up from a home done piece that had blown out massively or dropped out in places.

Okay,  so the rest aren't really changes,  more so just random stuff.  Here's all of us out for St Georges (which, I have to say,  is a shockingly under celebrated event... Like,  why do all the brits celebrate St Patrick's day, but not their own patron saint's? Total sense= 0). We were the only ones out around our town,  so we made up for everyone else with a 12 hour booze up.  Needless to say we were all fairly destroyed by 11,  after having a 10:30 start.  Oskar is regimented like that.

Next up - which is probably the most exciting - our friends  Kim and Oskar are getting married.
In Mexico.
This is gonna be the first time that I've been away with friends,  and the best crack is that El  Dorado's seaside suites hotel is a five star hotel,  rated among the top romantic spots in the world.  We're talking jacuzzi in the bedroom man.  My purse is in flames and tatters, but I'm shitting myself hard with excitement.

This isn't likely the exact room,  but still,  there's a fucking towel swan on the bed.
Towel.  Fucking.  Swan.
Praise the Lord that it's an adults only hotel as well because tbh who wants snotty whingers ruining everything. There's about 16 of us going for ten days,  the majority of which will be dedicated to tanning,  boozing and floating in a ring.  Shame Kim can't swim really...
Lastly,  here's a scribble.

Kyary~...Pamyu Pamyu

Yesterday (it's now 3:35 am because we got back pretty late and I can't sleep, which is always the way when I have to get up for work tomorrow) I traveled to London once again to see Kyary live at the Islington 02 academy. As is often the case when we go to London - we being Cassie, Leon and I - we started the trip with a much needed Cuppacha and a chicken bun because we were hungry as hell. Those buns are meant to be like a whole lunch or something but when I got it I was just like

This is the second time that we've been to Cuppacha now, and I definitely recommend  it. I've had usual bubble tea before and I'll be honest, I'm not that keen on tapioca balls because let's face it...They feel like snot and have the consistency of that goop they used to stick Tesco club-cards to their leaflets with. The first time I had tapioca, the feel was such an unpleasant surprise that I pretty much projectile vomited into a bin. I do like it now though.
Cuppacha has most of the usual teas and you can select the usual tapioca to accompany it (or you can skip the balls all together, whatever you like) but the thing I really like about Cuppacha that I haven't seen elsewhere is the popping balls and stars. I could just have missed them, but whatever. The first time around I selected a sort of grim concoction of caramel tea with mango popping pearls. On their own they were so good, but together...
I made a bad choice.
This time I had caramel tea with coffee popping pearls, which was substantially better in terms of not being so mismatched. They also have really cute tapioca stars (I'm not sure if they pop or what, but they were cute either way). Just don't pop all the balls into your drink at once. else it will be so sickly you will teeter on the edge of spewing on your fellow tube-goers.
Image is from Food for thoughts - read their review here

Enough about that because it's sort of beside the point. The point here is Kyary and how, actually, I wasn't particularly impressed. From speaking to most of my friends who also attended the event, it seems I'm pretty much the only one who feels this way. Don't get me wrong, she performed it perfectly and she didn't mime for the best part (as much as I could tell), she smiled and was excessively happy etc etc, yet the entire performance just felt like a pre-packaged ordeal. I just felt like since she had a translator, she stuck to a script, which made the entire thing sanitary and pretty much as exciting as watching the song on Youtube. I sort of felt like I traveled about 5/6 hours to see what I could see from a laptop at home. There was little to no fan-service, although I am somewhat sympathetic to the fact that that's a little difficult when she clearly speaks minimal English - however some effort could have been made to include a little more friendly fan interaction (as opposed to stiff and proper interaction) into her script if that's the only way it would be possible. It made me feel a bit awkward how most of the time all she said was "Thank you". She's being polite obviously but the whole fan/singer/idol relationship is no fun when it's completely formal. Fans love banter!
*Odg did I just say `banter` help*

I often turned around thinking that I couldn't be the only one having that little fun,  and from what I could see there was a rammed space with only about half the people really involving themselves in the music. Speaking of the music, I'm not exactly a massive Kyary fan - I love her music and I think she is an adorable person with a fantastic imagination, but I'm not that in love with her that I'm going to buy all her magazine articles etc etc - but I do know a fair few songs considering she hasn't exactly released a million albums as of yet.

Or so I thought.

I recognized none of the songs bar three or four. I have never heard people mention these songs or play these songs, and my friend couldn't put a name to them either so why they were played  I can't understand. I don't know if she released a new album that went totally under the radar of tlist and KLUE or what (KLUE is a facebook group where I keep tabs on what goes on with music -I keep out of it and just read, but let me tell you something - someone could eat a banana in the kpop/jpop world and KLUE would know about it in photographic detail with GIFS, fanarts and fics. It scares me). At the beginning with `Pon Pon Pon`, I was excited and ready to have a lot of fun, but after three or four songs I didn't have any clue about, I was totally lacking in excitement for the next song that I even knew. By the time the show was nearing a close, I had ceased joining in at all and I just wanted to leave. However, one of her male dancers and a movie short in the costume change brought a substantial amount of comic relief. The conclusion of this was that while she performed well, it was nothing outstanding. I still enjoy Kyary as a person and her music, but I wouldn't want to see her live again.

The final groan about this whole thing is the deal with photography. The venue forbade photography on the grounds that it ruined the view for the other fans. That is a reasonable reason to have that rule. I totally understand that it's annoying when people are waving things around when you're trying to see ,especially signs! Lord how I want to knock that crap out of people's hands when they're waving a massive bloody A3 piece of cardboard around in your peripheral and totally obscuring what you've paid to see.
That shit just rude.
What isn't particularly reasonable however, is to forbid photography on those grounds
and then fill the barrier pit with press photographers.
Thanks to the layout of the venue, the photographers had to stand right in front of the crowd in front of the barrier. It wouldn't have been so bad if they weren't waving their goddamn cameras around. Their cameras 'aint even small and they're waving them around in the air. If the venue had raised seating, that's cool, snap away, but the point is, it didn't and so my friend and I spent most of the time trying to view Kyary over the top of some guys massive ass camera. And we were at the front - I pity people further back. My friend is short man, be fair.
On a side note I'm also really bitter about the fact that they made me throw away my massive bottle of oasis because I love and cherish oasis just a little bit more than my own life. I thought about it a bit too much on the bus home and nearly cried, because I'm massively over emotional like that.

There we have it, I'm that desperate when it comes to Oasis (I shan't bring up the time I welled up over a curry or cried about - wat).

Anyway, as you can tell from above whinge, I have no pictures to share here. I did however get a chance to meet my inter-friend Ken, bump into SuMi again and spend the day with Cassie and Leon so it wasn't entirely dull.

Recent gets - Tony Moly review

My friend Honey recently tweeted a photo of this cleanser, and it was just so adorable I had to get one. It's a Tony Moly broccoli cleanser - little did I know I'd end up going Tony Moly Mad and buying a bunch of bits.
The leaves are rubber and ping around. Super cute~ Approx £6-9 for 200ml

It contains blueberry, tomato, green tea, lavender and young broccoli sprouts, as well as AHA to remove dead skin cells etc etc (let's all pretend we know what AHA is...). All the usual. Most of the time, I really hate cleansers and much prefer wipes because cleansing with a liquid cleanser was always hard work and my face never really felt very clean after. I use this twice; once to get rid of major dirt, then again to remove traces. It's got good removing power and leaves your face feeling dewy and moisturized. Plus, when it's all run out, you can keep rings or something in the adorable little plant pot.

Next is this Tony Moly bunny gloss bar. They also have these in hideous neon yellow colors as far as I'm aware (although the gloss itself is likely clear). The packaging is, again, totally adorable. The only complaint is that the gloss doesn't wind back in without being pushed, which gets your hands all mucky. I thought maybe mine was just broken, but my friend's was the same.

£3-£5 each or £13-£20+ for a set.
Cassie got me the one third from the right - she said it looked like me...¬_¬  The color of the bar was good. Considering glosses are usually low color and high shine, this had both, without being too shiny. The only thing is has nil of is staying power. Put it on, lick your lips and say goodbye to it.

These eggs can be purchased individually to use on particular problem areas or as a set for an entire skincare system. The white egg is blackhead removing gel, which has a lemon scent and small exfoliating beads that, unlike other exfoliators, don't dissolve which theoretically makes it more capable of removing blackheads. The brown egg is a pore tightening mask to help tighten the skin and close up your pores are you grind the crap out of them with exfoliator. It's got a tan color and a thick consistency. I find that it sort of smells plasticy...I'm not even sure how to explain the smell. Maybe like eggshells (surprise surprise). The gold egg comes last, and contains a pore smoothing balm to fill in any last pores.

I actually adore the smell of the `pore out gel`, and despite having an oily consistency it doesn't feel  like it leaves the skin greasy. I do think however that, like most exfoliators, this product doesn't actually remove many blackheads - it just removes the top layer of dead skin and smooths your face out a little. I don't see any visible difference to the blackheads, but as I said, I think this is the case with most blackhead exfoliators.
The tightening mask is really good. It's got a thick resistant consistency that makes it easy to apply and you can really feel it contract your face when it dries. It leaves the skin feeling clean and fresh. The priming pore filler balm is another winner - I've tried only one other primer before and had extreme doubts about trying another because of the reaction it gave me. I tried Maybeline's anti age smoother for a while going back some time, and my face just went crazy and blistered.  It didn't react anywhere other than my face and I can think of no reason for this other than the polyfilla gelatin consistency of their primer. Tony Moly's primer is, however, just fine. It fills pores exceptionally well with no residue and no blistering. It also mildly evens out the skin tone on its own. The packaging is once again really cute, but these eggs are also dual purpose; once you finish them, you can tap the top out of the egg and plant a seed in it. I just love the way Tony Moly package everything they make, it's really cute and creative, perfect if you have to keep your skincare on display due to lack of storage.

The Tony Moly appletox is a skin peel, but I had my doubts about its peeling power and whether it would just act like a cream. It looks just like a plain white moisturizing cream. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it actually makes the dead skin ball up while you massage it in. I was skeptical that the bobbles were actually just skin as opposed to congealment in the product, so I tried it again the next day - I thought if there were less bobbles, it must be because I had less dead skin and it was actually working. It appears it really does work because I had next to no bobbles appear the second time round. I use this before the blackhead out pore gel to make sure the pore openings are clear before I go scrubbing at them. Approx £6-8

Lastly, I sampled this Tony Moly lip tint. Since I've not tried a tint before, I can't comment on the staying power in comparison to other tints, but it definitely challenges most of my lipsticks for longevity, since it's a stain. The color fades from bright red to a muted blood red pretty fast, but then retains its color for a decent amount of time thereafter. For this reason, I use it as a base for lipsticks so that any fade in my lipstick isn't so noticeable. This is some of the more dull packaging. Also, because it's such a watery consistency, I found that it tended to leak a lot and stain things.

I really like Tony Moly as a brand so far. I think TM and Etude are two brands that sum up what I think is the essence of Korean cosmetics. They're fun, cute, quirky, pretty, functional and clever products, a far cry from ugly British cosmetics in their minimalistic plain black tubes etc etc. I mean look at this face powder from Etude - it looks like
a wedding cake. It stinks of princess and I want it.
